Volunteering days

Trees for Cities organises volunteering days for teams of all sizes. Led by a member of our Project Team staff, our participants will assist with Trees for Cities project delivery. The tree planting season runs from late October to late March, and during the rest of the year there are opportunities to support the maintenance and care of existing sites.

Taking part in a volunteering day is a great way for employees to get out of the office. Working outdoors also enables employees to work outside of their everyday responsibilities, explore their individual skills in a different setting and the physical activity encourages team building. We provide a challenge which must be completed by the end of the day, allowing your group to work together as a team to achieve a goal.

Volunteering days are a fun and fulfilling way for colleagues to get out of the office and give something back to the environment.

To book a challenge for your team email business@treesforcities.org.

“Trees are a luxury for all of us and we need this luxury for our health, mind and soul. Places become sad when there is no green, no life present. Trees balance our lives. I am happy to support Trees for Cities with all my heart.”
