The Bromley Oak

The Bromley Oak

Quercus robur

Notes of Interest

A large former boundary tree on the site of old Lovers Lane. This tree now has three stems, making an impressive trunk, with evidence of pollarding in its early life. A dominant feature in an urban environment, it retains its majestic size and beauty despite recent developments around it.
