the role

We are looking for someone who has at least two years of experience in monitoring and evaluating projects and has a good understanding of social and environmental impact. Critical thinking, attention to detail and confidence in handling and analysing quantitative and qualitative data will be important in this role as is the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

This role is highly collaborative, not only working with other Impact team members but regularly working with teams across the organisation (e.g. development and partnerships, fundraising, marketing and communications, schools engagement and community engagement). We are therefore looking for a confident communicator and someone who enjoys working as part of a team as much as working on their own initiative.

In this role, you will be part of a small, supportive team and have the ability to make a meaningful difference to Trees for Cities’ work - to help prove and improve the impact the charity has.
