DEFRA recently announced a new Urban Tree Challenge Fund, which aims to plant 130,000 urban trees across England over the next two seasons. Trees for Cities plans to submit a bid for a block grant.

Through this call, we are particularly keen to hear from landowners in urban areas with low canopy cover and high deprivation (top 40% IMD areas) who wish to plant orchards and standard trees.

Donate to Trees for Cities and together we can help cities grow into greener, cleaner and healthier places for people to live and work worldwide.
